My covid booster was painless, did not feel the needle entry or the vaccine. Getting an appointment is problematic. You have to wait in a queue to reach the receptionist then wait for a call-back. It feels like a game of luck!

For this particular visit nothing.

If your not on the phone spot on 8.30am you have to wait.The last time I made an appointment I was number 35. This appointment was sent by yourselves.

Why does the receptionist have to leave the phone for advice,if not sure just let a person who can answer it ,just transfer the call over.

I booked my first appointment (covid booster) using a link in my invite text. This was easy to use, and my appointment took place on time, and the nurse was friendly and efficient. My 2nd appointment was booked through the phlebotomist at a previous appointment, so again very easy, and during the appointment, Nicola was friendly, and professional.
